Translation
The hermitage (paḷḷi) was given by Atiyaṉ Neṭumāṉ Añci, the Satiyapu(t)ta.

On the rear wall of the cave (called Dāsimaḍam) on the Āḷuruṭṭimalai hill; well-preserved.
