Notes
|
1. The letter is clearly ḷa. HKS considers that it 'must be ya' on the basis of the mistaken assumption that 31 & 32 are identical. This is probably the reason why KVS omits this inscription.
2. cf. vēḷ, title of an ancient clan of chieftains and petty rulers.
3. 'of the stone bed' is understood from the context.
