Translation
The cave (kavi) (is the gift) of Caiyaḷaṉ of Vintai(y)ūr.
Locus
On the brow of the main cave known as Iṭaiyaṉ tarumam on the Karaṭippaṭṭi hill; engraved in three segments. The segments are read from top to bottom as in HKS.
