Translation
|
The hermitage (paḷḷi) was carved by the kāviti kōṉ of Eru(k)kā(ṭ)ṭu-ūru.

Locus
|
On the brow of the eastern cave on the northern face of the hill; weather-worn and faint, but legible. The huge spray-painted graffiti across the inscription is a recent act of vandalism.
